Police in Jersey City have been placing fake Amazon packages outside people’s homes to catch thieves, reports the Associated Press.       A state of emergency had been declared by the mayor after 50 people were slain and 53 wounded in a massive shooting in there night club pulse.         The facebook page exploded with global support for the people injured and those lost.
